SHANIA WAS AWESOME/VOLUME TOO LOUD
Visual effects were impressive. The backup dude was great and looked even better. It was too loud, the ONLY drawback. What these performers and their sound men need to realize is that louder DOES make the performer sound better. It was hard to determine which of her "older" songs was being performed because it was so loud. Talked to some lady who works at the New Orleans Smoothie King Center and she said the concerts are not that loud. I would assume everyone in attendance had a great time once the concert was over with. The backup dude was unimpressive. Switchfoot was unique. Couldn't tolerate the volume - left at 10:30.
